Leominster High Street – Grant-Aided Building Repairs
High Street Regeneration Scheme | External Fabric Repairs | Conservation-Led Improvements

Osbornes Architects delivered a series of projects for property owners participating in the Leominster High Street Regeneration Scheme, supporting applications for grant aid of up to 50% of eligible works. The programme focused on the external repair and enhancement of historic high-street buildings, helping to preserve local character and improve the overall appearance of the town centre.

Our role included preparing repair schedules, detailing conservation-appropriate interventions and coordinating with contractors to ensure works were carried out to the required standard. Regular site visits were undertaken with the local council, allowing progress to be monitored and enabling staged grant funding releases.

These projects demonstrate Osbornes’ expertise in heritage-led regeneration, working collaboratively with councils, property owners and funding bodies to safeguard historic buildings and support the revitalisation of traditional town centres.
