Osbornes Architects were appointed to explore a second phase of development to the Old Bothy at Eastnor Castle Estate. Building on earlier works, this phase proposes a series of carefully considered extensions to support the needs of the current tenant and enhance the site’s hospitality offer.

The plans include the creation of a dedicated handover suite alongside a new 60-cover restaurant, providing high-quality facilities that complement the estate’s wider events, leisure and visitor accommodation. As with all projects within the historic Eastnor Castle grounds, the proposals require a sensitive, heritage-led approach, ensuring that new additions respect the character, scale and materiality of the existing buildings.
