MADAME TUSSAUDS, LONDON – Party Area Redevelopment & Interactive Guest Experience
Architect & Principal Designer | Guest Flow Reconfiguration | Immersive Themed Design

Osbornes Architects were appointed as Architect and Principal Designer for the creation of a new Party area at Madame Tussauds London. The project formed part of the attraction’s ongoing programme of immersive upgrades and required a complete rethink of the guest flow, introducing a series of interactive moments as visitors move through the space.

The design concept draws inspiration from a glamorous awards ceremony and after-party, integrating LED lighting details, atmospheric media elements and sculptural forms to create a high-energy environment that enhances visitor engagement. The scheme needed to dovetail seamlessly with the surrounding zones, maintaining operational efficiency and narrative continuity.

Osbornes worked collaboratively with specialist designers, lighting consultants and Merlin’s creative teams to develop and deliver the project within a very compressed programme, ensuring the new area was ready for a Christmas opening. The result is a vibrant, contemporary space that elevates the visitor experience while maintaining the practical requirements of a live, high-throughput attraction.
